Boelens de Gruyter bought 15 houses at Schoorlaan 3-31 in Leidschendam. The houses from 1961 will first be rented, but the location will eventually be (re) developed.

The houses have an area of approximately 50 square meters and are connected per three. De Schoorlaan borders the redeveloped center area of Leidschendam, making restaurants, cafes, shops and other facilities within walking distance. The nearby Leidsenhage shopping center is currently being converted into the Mall of the Netherlands, the largest and most modern shopping center in the Netherlands.

Maarten de Gruyter, director of Boelens de Gruyter: "Because of its proximity to the beach and The Hague, Leidschendam is a very attractive place to live. In the coming period we will continue to work out our plans for this location ". Boelens de Gruyter bought the houses with a total floor area of approximately 760 m² in January from PATRIZIA Wohnmodul Beheer I BV. Seller was supervised by Savills.
