Rental company moves to De Houtakker in Bemmel
Real estate developer Boelens de Gruyter is starting this week with the construction of the new European head office of Rent-All at business park De Houtakker in Bemmel.
On the 3-hectare plot, a building consisting of 13,500 m² of logistics, 6,000 m² of workshop space and 3,000 m² of office space will be built. The total volume will be 22,500 m² and will be realized by Wijnen Bouw. The new building will be realized at the Kazematten on the Houtakker, a visible location on the A15 that will be extended in the coming years up to the A12, with which the flow to Arnhem and Germany will be promoted.
Rent-All supplies light, audio and video equipment and rigging for theater, television, concerts, fairs and recurring events such as Soldier of Orange, André Rieu, Armin Only and Defqon1. The company is growing rapidly and in the new location it is bringing different departments into a single building.
European Head Office
Boelens de Gruyter developed a logistics hall for Rent-All in Amsterdam in 2006 and realized the expansion a year ago. "It will be a building with a high-quality appearance suitable for a European head office", says director Theo van Workum of Rent-All. "Through experience from previous projects, Boelens de Gruyter was the perfect party to tackle this together."
"We are proud to be able to facilitate this European top player in the events industry in its further growth and operational efficiency", according to Maarten de Gruyter of Boelens de Gruyter. "The new head office forms an architectural unity with the other branches, to be recognizable and to express what the company stands for."Back to news
