The area around Koningin Wilhelminaplein in Amsterdam between the A10 and Lelylaan station has an increasing attraction for companies that are not fashion-related. A good example is the Modrôme business premises located at Koningin Wilhelminaplein 12-14. Van Dooren Advies moves to this former garment factory, a municipal monument.
Van Dooren Advies is market leader in the field of sponsorship and fundraising in the cultural sector and works for theaters, museums, executive companies and other cultural institutions. Owner Boelens de Gruyter has now fully rented the building.
"It is a monumental building with an industrial look and high ceilings, that brings a lot of atmosphere", according to Bart Cordemeijer of Van Dooren Advies. "In addition, the collection of various companies creates a beautiful creative environment." The new tenant has rented 320 m² in the municipal monument at Koningin Wilhelminaplein 8-10.
