The Branie apartment complex is located on the corner of Amstelstroomlaan and Bella Vistastraat with a view of the Somerlust Park. BAM Homes completed the project for Boelens de Gruyter and CBRE Global Investors. The rental apartments have been developed for middle-income people and are therefore in high demand. All 70 homes in Branie were therefore fully rented out before completion in April 2019. On the ground floor of the complex there is also 500 m² of commercial space.
