Together with G&S Vastgoed and Round Hill Capital, work is underway on a new urban district in Merwede, Utrecht. This former industrial area will be transformed into one of the most sustainable urban areas in Europe. A neighbourhood in which people and connection are key. A contemporary community where everything is happens on foot or by bike, where public transport is designed to meet all mobility needs. Where sharing is preferred over ownership.
A total of more than 6,000 homes are being built in Merwede. Our joint development consists of 1,076 homes and approximately 4,300 m² GFA of commercial and social facilities, including a school, a health centre and a special, sustainable pavilion.
