A unique independent office destination in a dynamic area of development. Fashion House is a special building. The square shape of 40 by 40 metres provides uniquely large and deep floors. The 6,500 m2 total surface area of the building also makes this an exceptional opportunity for those searching the Amsterdam office market. The redevelopment of Fashion House coincides with the full development of Koningin Wilhelminaplein by Boelens de Gruyter and is therefore part of a larger project with a total of approximately 60,000 m2 of office space and around 600 homes. Characteristic elements within this plan will be the iconic buildings of Berghaus and OKU House. A lively square will be created between the buildings, with a bridge to Schipluidenlaan, which increases accessibility. It is precisely within this dynamic that the 6,500 m2 Fashion House will form a uniquely powerful, independent unit that, after its transformation, will claim a special place in this whole.
Fashion House is located in the new heart of Amsterdam West, which is within walking distance of Amsterdam Lelylaan station and next to the A10.
