Office and logistics
The new Rent-All head office is located on De Houtakker business park in Bemmel. It has a total volume of 22,500 m² consisting of 13,500 m² logistics, 6,000 m² workshop and 3,000 m² office space. Together this forms the new head office for this special company. Rent-All supplies light, audio and video equipment and rigging for theatre, television, concerts and exhibitions. The company is growing rapidly and will house various departments in one building in the new location close to the A15.
Boelens de Gruyter already developed a logistics hall for Rent-All in Amsterdam in 2006 and completed its expansion in 2007. Based on this experience and expertise, the contract for the completion of the head office in Bemmel was secured.
In the design, an architectural identity has been chosen with the other branches in order to project what the company stands for, to be recognisable and to achieve individuality for customers and employees.
