In partnership with Round Hill Capital, Berghaus is being redeveloped into a combined office, living and working concept. A new place where people can come together in the heart of the former Fashion District in Amsterdam West.

The combination of living and working with shops, restaurants and bars adds a lively new centre. The ambition is simple: build on the success of the past and bring new energy and vibrancy to this constantly developing area with the new Berghaus development. Incorporating our BREEAM Excellent ambition: it is our goal to create a unique, healthy working and living environment in which the Atrium forms a green connection between the indoor and outdoor space. We call it community by design, part of a greater whole.

Part of a greater whole

The Berghaus development project coincides with the redevelopment of the adjacent office building Fashion House and OKU House residential development. A total of 600 homes will be built on top of these three business premises. This plan connects different parts of the area by adding bridges and creating a publicly accessible town square. All homes will be developed in a sustainable way. The design in terms of urban planning is handled by KCAP Architects & Planners. The architects are HEYLIGERS design + projects and MVSA Architects.

Real estate advisors CBRE and Van Gool Elburg assist in the lease of the offices.
