A unique all-encompassing concept that is fully connected to the current employment market, where the success of an organisation is largely determined by the people and their talent.
The development of Rembrandt Park One recently started between the current Rembrandtpark and the A10 ring road. A development totalling 25,000 square meters of high-quality office space. Two floors made of glass will be built on the current ten-storey building. This extension with lots of natural light offers a unique view over the city. The pavilion will be rebuilt and also fitted with glass all round, ensuring a seamless connection with the immediately adjacent water and park. On the ground floor of the pavilion there will be a publicly accessible restaurant and a large terrace on the water. A bridge over the water and a new passageway under the building will further strengthen the connection with the park. It is precisely this constant connection with the park that makes the Rembrandt Park office a unique development, attractive for companies and a place where professionals and talent will feel at home. The green nature that characterises the environment extends into the building and will be complete with a BREEAM Excellent certificate.
New location
The redevelopment of the solid 1960’s office building is the start of a greater whole. Two more buildings will be built on the site.
Rembrandt Park One, Two and Three as a whole will become a new vibrant location and a new concept in Amsterdam.
